The grains are great. The support is awesome. This is my very first time making my own kefir. First time result is not really good and then I tried second batch. Start from second batch the results are nice. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
Very pleased with the grains. Followed the site’s guidance & successfully made 6 batches of mk to date. The 1st batch took 21hrs, and subsequently I shortened to just 14hrs by the 4th. Tasty!

I'm very satisfied with the Kefir Grains. The grains are very fresh, after pouring the fresh milk over grains for 24 hrs, the grains thicken the fresh milk like yogurt. It smelled great n milk was nice.

First try took 20+ hours before separating and thickening. By the 3rd try, the MK is able to thicken the milk within around 10 hrs. I don't notice the quantity of MK grains increasing much, but at least they are not dying,
generous amount of grains. Good customer service as well!!
